COMPANY POLICIES:
We kindly request that you review our policies before scheduling an appointment, as they're strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these policies or requirements will result in cancellation and a forfeited scheduling fee.
APPOINTMENTS ARE RESERVED FOR THE FULLY COMMITTED:
At Cosmetic Tattoos & Co., we are committed to providing exceptional service to clients who respect our policies and value our team's time.
FORFEITED SCHEDULING FEE:
Please take note of the following:
- Failure to adhere to pre-care instructions or bringing guests, children, or animals into the procedure room is a Violation of Safety & Sterilization and will result in cancellation and a forfeited scheduling fee.
- Failure to disclose medical conditions and medications, or failure to follow pre-care instructions (see requirements tabs from the home page) will result in cancellation and a forfeited scheduling fee.

TARDINESS & NO-SHOWS:
Tardiness or no-shows are not acceptable and will result in cancellation and a forfeited scheduling fee. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule for other appointments throughout the day.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
Clients are required to create an account to manage their appointments online. Now that you have an account, it will make it quick and easy for you to make future transactions with us, see your info and history when you're logged in, and also let us give you access to special private pages on our site. Rescheduling policies are strictly enforced.
RESCHEDULING (IS PERMITTED ONLINE ONLY):
Clients must manage and reschedule their appointments online at least 48 hours before their appointment. Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation. Only one rescheduling is allowed per scheduling fee.
NO REFUNDS:
Please note that all booking/scheduling fees are non-refundable.
Our policies are strictly enforced for the benefit of all our clients.
- All Booking Fees are Non-Refundable
- However, booking fees can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled 72 hours or more in advance.
